Chad Ainesworth
President and Owner of PMA, Chad, started this company to create a positive change to the logistics industry. With a passion to move freight as well as a passion for the drivers that do it, He strives to create a partnership and environment which all partners thrive! Chad has over 15 years of experience in the Logistics & Transportation industry, from day 1 pushing freight around the warehouse, to managing small startups, building a team and creating a thriving business, and everything in between, he has done it all! . After years of working for companies, he’s learned the good, the bad, and the ugly, and is able to use all of those lessons to create a positive experience for all clients! His vision for PMA is to make it a positive impact to the industry one client at a time!

Bret Yates
Vice President of PMA, Bret brings so much to the PMA organization, with over 12 years of experience in the industry, Bret has had the opportunity to work in numerous positions ranging from warehouse inventory management while serving in the United States Air Force, to managing key accounts, to overseeing large operating fleets. Having worked side by side with Chad from 2022, conversation was still a regular thing. In conversation, Bret learned of PMA, and a with shared common vision, Bret quickly joined the team! In recent years, experiencing the evolution of the supply chain quickly turning into a transactional business, rather than relational, Bret is excited to build a “one stop shop” for all logistical needs all while putting the emphasis back on the relationship with all partners! Bret and Chad share the same goal, being to prove to each partner that needs matter regardless of the size of the shipment, time of the request, or size of the operation.

Martin Minero/Mile 729 Logistics LTD
Martin is based out of Oak Ridge, NC and drives a International LT6 with a CDL. He’s been a part of the PMA family since March 2024.
Jonathan Matz / Primer Trucking
Jonathan is based out of Florida (moving to Greensboro, NC in October 2024) and drives a Sprinter Van. He’s been a part of the PMA family since June 2024.

Carlos is based out of Houston, TX and drives a 2022 Dodge Ram 3500 with a 40ft hot shot CDL. He’s been a part of the PMA family since May 2024.

Joao is based out of Salt Lake City, UT and drives a straight truck. He’s been a part of the PMA family since June 2024.
